Pacific Gulf Shipping Company is readying an appeal in its legal brawl with George and Stathis Gourdomichalis' over an abandoned bulker.
The company filed a notice that it intends to appeal US District Judge Michael Mosman's decision earlier this month to dismiss its $22.6m lawsuit against the brothers' Blue Wall Shipping seeking to enforce an arbitration award won in London.
