Taiwanese shipowner Nobu Su has won the right to appeal a judgment against him but in favour of shipbroker Clarksons given, in the UK courts earlier this year.
The judgment, handed down in February in the UK High Court by Justice Nigel Teare, relates to a claim against Clarksons Platou Futures and Clarksons Securities broker Vassilis Karakoulakis for alleged breach of warranty and negligence brought by the Today Makes Tomorrow (TMT) chairman.
