Cambridge Energy is planning an 8 million tonnes per annum floating liquefaction project off the coast of Louisiana.The low-profile gas and LNG marketer’s CE FLNG subsidiary has filed with the Department of Energy to export volumes for 30 years to countries that hold a free trade agreement with the US. The company said it is finalising the design of natural gas processing and liquefaction facilities, which will consist of two 4 million tpa floating production, storage and offloading vessels.
