BP’s former eastern regional director for marine fuels has been charged with corruption by a court in Singapore Thursday.
Clarence Chang Peng Hong is said to have taken $4m in bribes from Koh Seng Lee, the executive director of Pacific Prime Trading (PTT).
He was charged with 19 counts of corruptly obtaining gratification as an inducement for advancing the business interest of PPT with the oil major.
