The Danish feeder operator is to acquire the liner services of intra-Europe operator Tschudi Logistics in what will amount to its fourth acquisition in three years.
The deal is awaiting approval from the regulatory authorities before it can be finalised, according to a joint customer advisory.
No financial details have been unveiled for the agreement, which will boost Unifeeder’s service between mainland Europe and Russia, Finland and the Baltic states.
