Bahri has purchased five medium-range (MR) product tankers from Scorpio Tankers in a $166.5m swoop.
It has taken the 52,000-dwt STI Chelsea, STI Lexington, STI Mythos, STI Olivia and STI Powai (all built 2014) from the New York-listed giant.
Bahri said in a stock exchange announcement that the quintet will be delivered between 1 February and 30 June.
The total value of the deal suggests a price of around $33.3m
