Norway's Klaveness Combination Carriers (KCC) has no immediate plans to order new ships but will face a decision in four years as the first generation of its combination carriers are phased out.

The company has nine Cabu vessels of between 73,000 dwt and 80,000 dwt that can carry bulker cargoes and caustic sodas.

Four of these were delivered in 2001 and 2002, and another in 2005.
