Belgian shipowner Marc Saverys and his sons have become the biggest shareholders in tanker giant Euronav following more share purchases.
In February, a Euronav SEC filing revealed that the Saverys family’s holding had reached 8.42% through its shipping company CMB and holding company Saverco.
Now a further disclosure by Euronav shows a 10.01% stake following an acquisition of stock on 10 March.
