Denmark’s Celsius Tankers is back in expansion mode and has added one more LNG carrier newbuilding to its growing fleet.
The company, which is the tanker arm of Celsius Shipping, confirmed on Wednesday that it has firmed up a single 180,000-cbm LNG newbuilding at Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea.
It said the vessel is fixed long-term to a “first-class major charterer”.
