Malaysian shipowner MISC has put one of its 20-year-old steam turbine LNG carriers up for sale as owners start to review the future of their older vessels in advance of new emissions regulations being brought in from the start of 2023.
State energy giant Petronas’ shipping subsidiary MISC is circulating the 137,489-cbm membrane-type LNG carrier Puteri Intan Satu (built 2002) for sale.
