Oslo-listed BW LPG is to move its corporate domicile to Singapore as part of a streamlining process.
The company said in a filing on Friday that shareholders will vote on the switch from Bermuda at the annual general meeting on 15 May.
The Singapore-based BW Group-owned VLGC operation described the move as a “continuance process”, with assets and liabilities remaining the same.
