Bergen-based J Ludwig Mowinckels Rederi is selling its last two operational tankers ahead of a newbuilding delivery in 2025.
Brokers had reported the 20,000-dwt chemical carrier pair Strinda and MH Langoey (both built 2006) sold to undisclosed interests at $15.5m each.
But chief executive Geir Belsnes told TradeWinds the reports were incorrect.
