GC Rieber Shipping's board of directors is proposing a rights issue of NOK 100m ($11.9m) at a subscription price of NOK 7.50 per share.
The issue will give shareholders the right to buy new shares in Reiber at a discount to market price prior to the issue date.
GC Reiber, the company's largest shareholder, has fully underwritten the rights offering and will commit to buying at least 70.4%
