Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings chairman Sabrina Chao maintains that Hong Kong continues to trail behind its potential as a maritime centre.
She says it needs to do more to sell its virtues and to be sure that Chinese government policies do not discourage its growth.
“We have suffered as an industry in Hong Kong by being too low profile,” Chao says.
