The size of a Mexican investment firm’s holding in US-based offshore services owner Seacor Marine Holdings has been revealed in documents recently filed with securities regulators.
Proyectos Globales de Energia y Servicios CME beneficially owns 1.64 million shares in Seacor, or close to 9% of all shares in the company, according to a prospectus filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
