Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Holdings has bought the rest of Jiangsu Huayuan Logistics for RMB 119.3bn ($17.45bn).

The Chinese shipbuilder said today that it has acquired the remaining 40% of equity in Huayuan Logistics' capital share, having acquired 60% in late April.

Huayuan Logistics, incorporated in China's Nanjing city, leases and charters ships and owns cargo transporter Shanghai Huayuan Shipping.

Together, both entities have paid-up capital of RMB 500m, according to Yangzijiang.
