China Navigation Company (CNCo) has closed its purchase of Hamburg Sud's bulker operations after receiving regulatory approval.
The deal includes Rudolf A Oetker (RAO) and the bulker activities of Furness Withy and Alianca Navegacao e Logistica.
The sale was announced in January.
