UK shipbroker Braemar Shipping Services has completed the sale of three business lines in its Braemar Technical Services unit.
The disposal to energy consultancy Aqualis has seen the formation of a new company called AqualisBraemar.
Braemar CEO James Kidwell has been appointed a director of the operation, which is listed in Oslo.
