Christos Economou-controlled TMS Cardiff Gas is close to adding a fresh LNG carrier order to the haul of vessels it has contracted in South Korea.
In the last few weeks, the Greek owner was seen locking away the only open vessel from its cache of 11 LNG newbuildings to Total for a period of three years with options to extend the hire period.
