Libya’s hopes of maintaining crude oil exports of 1 million barrels per day (bpd) look to have suffered a further setback, latest analysis shows.

“Loadings of crude oil seem to have moved lower so far in October, with volumes not surpassing 900,000 bpd during the first three weeks of this month,” said Fotios Katsoulas, liquid bulk analyst for maritime and trade at IHS Markit.
