An affiliate of Athens-based Interunity Management has emerged as the buyer of an Oxygen Maritime Management product tanker that went under the hammer in early December.
IHS Markit indicates that ownership of the 36,900-dwt medium-range products tanker Megacore Honami (built 2010) was transferred to Interunity-linked Hawkes Vigo VIII Corp in the past week.
Market sources indicated that the ship was acquired for $13.3m,
