Restructuring Croatian owner Alpha Adriatic said it has reached an agreement with its syndicate of international lenders to sell an arrested MR tanker.
The former Uljanik Plovidba said the 53,000-dwt Pomer (built 2011) will go to Norway's Pomer AS in a separate contract.
The bank agreement ends all disputes between the company and its lenders, led by Credit Suisse, Alpha Adriatic said in a statement.
