The widow of a man who died while demolishing a tanker formerly controlled by Maran Tankers is seeking compensation in the London High Court from the owner.

Human rights law firm Leigh Day is representing the widow of Kahalil Mollah who died in March 2018 in a fall at the Zuma Enterprise breaking yard in Chittagong, Bangladesh while demolishing the 300,000-dwt tanker Ekta (built 1995).
