A German-run handysize bulker pool has set itself the target of building its fleet up to 40 vessels.
The Hanseatic Unity Handysize Pool (HUHP) is increasing its fleet with two vessels from Dubai-based Transworld Shipping Group.
But the company is in talks with other owners and is also looking at taking-in chartered tonnage to help it achieve it target.
Transworld will enter two handysize bulkers — the 32,000-dwt TBC Princess (built 2013) and TBC Prestige (built 2014) — into the pool managed by Hamburg and Singapore-managed company.
