Scorpio Bulkers has upsized an original $60m follow-on shares deal to $76m and announced pricing of the offering at $18.46 per share.
At the same time, insider group Scorpio Services Holding has bought 950,000 shares at the same price worth roughly $17.5m.
The deal price represents a relatively tight 10% discount from Tuesday's closing of $20.51 per share. However, the stock already had plummeted 17% in regular trading on Tuesday on the New York stock exchange.
