Germany shipping companies Aug Bolten and Carsten Rehder are teaming up in the dry bulk sector.
The Hamburg-based shipowners are forming a new bulker chartering joint-venture from 1 September.
The 50/50 joint venture, called Aug Bolten Bulk (ABB), will take over the chartering of the Bolten-controlled bulker fleet.
The company will also take responsibility for the commercial operation of bulkers handled by Rehder's chartering arm Victoria Shipbrokers.
