Seawolf-Ridgebury Kilo lawsuit rages on as filings still flying in

New filings continue to shed light on the growing web of legal action filed in the wake of a disastrous VLCC voyage earlier this year.

Earlier this month, Ridgebury Kilo, a previous registered owner of the 305,307-dwt Stribog (built 2000), asked the US District Court for Connecticut to throw out pool operator Seawolf Tankers' request for fact discovery in the complex dispute.
