Chinese courts have auctioned one of the last two ships owned by troubled Swiss dry bulk player Shipping Asset Management, also known as SAM Shipping.
The 57,200-dwt Sam Lion (built 2012) was sold to Chinese shipowner Ningbo Ocean Shipping for $10.4m, according to several broking sources.
The auction took place two weeks ago.
