US-listed Costamare announced on Monday a host of long-term chartering deals that it expects to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue going forward.

The company concluded since October agreements for 20 vessels, or nearly a third of its entire fleet. These include ten-year deals with MSC for the 11,000-teu Cape Akritas (built 2016) and sisterships Cape Kortia, Cape Sounio and Cape Tainaro (all built 2017) at $33,000 per day.
