Eidesvik Offshore has delivered a positive result for the second quarter on the back of higher revenue.

The Norwegian owner reported net profit of NOK 201.1m ($25.7m), bouncing back from a NOK 27m loss a year ago.

Its revenue stood at NOK 215.8m, against NOK 180m in the corresponding period of 2016.

Eidesvik said the subsea fleet maintained a good utilisation level in the first half of 2017 but lower activity is expected in the next months.
