Norweigan seismic offshore vessel operator EMGS is looking for a new CEO after Christiaan Vermeijden resigned.
He will leave for personal reasons on 31 December.
Vermeijden has been the boss since February 2016.
Chairman Eystein Eriksrud said: "We regret that Christiaan Vermeijden has resigned but we respect his decision. On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to thank him for his dedication to EMGS and wish him all the best in the future."
