Singapore shipowner Otto Marine’s Australian unit GO Marine has pledged to fight winding up petitions.
It said three creditors have filed applications at the supreme court of Western Australia against subsidiaries Go Inshore and Go Marine Group.
These will be heard on 8 November.
The total sum claimed is about AUD 787,000 ($600,000).
GO is seeking legal advice and plans to dispute the debts, Otto said.
