Norway’s Simon Mokster Shipping has sealed a new charter for one of its offshore support vessels (OSVs).
The 4,000-dwt Stril Server (built 2014) has gone to VBMS, a subsidiary of Dutch group Royal Boskalis Westminster.
The firm period is five months, starting in April.
There are unspecified options attached.
Stril Server, a subsea/windmill support ship, will work in the North Sea. The deal is the owner’s first with VBMS.
