Herbjorn Hansson-chaired Nordic American Offshore (NAO) is to reactivate three laid-up platform supply vessels (PSVs).
The owner said it was now optimistic about the North Sea market and is bringing the units back into action.
It has a fleet of 10 modern 4,000-dwt vessels.
"Having an attractive fleet, with all our vessels fully operational, improved market conditions should allow for immediate improvement in our financial results," it said.
