Svitzer Australia CFO Karl Thorngren has taken the top finance job at sister company Maersk Supply Service.
He joins the OSV owner from 29 April.
“I look forward to joining a company which is engaged in diversifying its business and delivering solutions to the energy sector," he said.
Thorngren has previously been head of M&A and projects at AP Moller-Maersk, as well as a member of the Esvagt board.
