Swiber Holding's judicial managers are seeking more time to submit a restructuring plan.

They said they need until 21 July to finalise proposals to send to creditors of the struggling Singapore offshore shipowner.

The managers will also then summon a meeting to decide the company's future.

The application will be heard on 8 March at Singapore's high court.

Swiber, which went under court-appointed management last year, has revealed claims against it total $288.8m.
