The group CFO of restructuring Swiber Holdings has quit.

Leonard Tay, 49, will leave the court-managed Singapore offshore shipowner on 31 July.

Swiber said he wanted to "pursue others opportunities and personal interest."

He has held the role since July 2009.

Swiber has said it could not redeem and pay its Singapore dollar bond issue due in April.

It missed the April 18 cut-off for the SGD 160m ($114.5m)
