Scotline, the UK-based shipowner, has expanded its owned fleet with the addition of a small nine-year-old singledecker.
The company has acquired the ice-classed 4,500-dwt Odertal (built 2007) from German owners Harren and Partner.
No finanicial terms were disclosed, but online valuations site VesselsValue says the Bodewes Shipyard-built ship is worth just over $3m.
Scotline, which is based in Romford, Essex, said the vessel had been renamed Scot Leader and would take the size of its owned fleet to nine vessels.
