Norway's Solvtrans has ordered the world’s largest live fish carrier at domestic builder Havyard.

The vessel will be 116 metres long and 23 metres wide, and will be delivered at a cost of NOK 500m ($58.2m).

To be named Ronja Storm, its fish tank capacity will be 7,450 cbm, more than twice as big as a regular fish carrier.

It can also carry 5,000 cbm of fresh water.
