UK shipbroker Clarksons has expanded its Gibb Group operation with a domestic takeover.
The London-listed company said it has bought Trauma & Resuscitation Services (Trauma Resus), described as a first-aid innovator.
The price has not been disclosed.
Gibb Group, the broker’s port services unit, is a leading supplier of personal protective equipment to the energy sector.
