Oldendorff Carriers has continued the build-up of its huge bulker fleet, taking four mini-capesizes from Hartmann Schiffahrt in an $80m deal.
The move takes its fleet close to 700 vessels, from handysizes to newcastlemaxes.
The 118,000-dwt UBC Ottawa, UBC Odessa, UBC Olimbus and UBC Oristano (all built 2011) have been sold for $20m each, according to European shipbrokers, in what is described as a bank sale.
