State shipbuilder China CSSC Holdings could face a delisting warning in Shanghai due to imminent losses.
The company said on Tuesday it expects to post a net deficit for 2017 of between CNY 2.2bn and CNY 2.5bn ($395m).
This compares to a loss of CNY 2.6bn in 2016.
