Pan Ocean has signed up for one more VLCC newbuilding at Okpo-based DSME, bringing its order tally there to two.
The South Korean owner booked the 300,000-dwt crude carrier last month, but the deal went unreported, according to shipbuilding sources.
Officials at DSME declined to comment, citing contract confidentiality, while Pan Ocean was unavailable for comment.
