China’s Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding has clinched another tanker order.
Clarksons said the 23,000-dwt vessel will be delivered in April 2018.
No price was given, but the owner is listed as China's Ningbo Yongwang Shipping, which already operates two smaller tankers.
In 2015, TradeWinds reported that the yard had broken into the tanker space with an order from Norway’s Rederiet Stenersen for up to four IMO-II chemical carriers.
