Jeppe Jensen’s Celsius Shipping has struck a three-ship deal to extend the expansion of its product tanker fleet.
The Danish shipowner has bought a trio of medium range vessels from a joint-venture between Glencore and Transpetrol.
Jensen, chief executive of Celsius, confirmed the addition of the 47,000-dwt Alpine Eternity (built 2009) and the 2010-built Alpine Loyalty and Alpine Venture when contacted by TradeWinds today.
