Libya’s chances of opening its crude taps fully to exports are in danger after National Oil Corp (NOC) objected to a new deal.

NOC chairman Mustafa Sanalla believes an agreement between the government and terminal guards to open ports to tankers is a mistake.

Reuters cited a letter by Sanalla saying Petroleum Facilities Guard (PFG) chief Ibrahim Jathran should not be rewarded for blockading Ras Lanuf, Es Sider and Zueitina.
