Nordic American Tankers says it inked time-charter contracts with Shell for two of its suezmax tankers.
The charters are expected to begin over August and September and have 18-month terms. The charters include "upside for both parties as well as downside protection," the New York-listed tanker owner said in a statement. The ships were not identified, but it said it now has three ships on time-charter to Shell.
