Nordic American Tankers is confident the momentum built in the fourth quarter will continue into 2022.
The Herbjorn Hansson-led suezmax specialist on Friday reported a net loss of $21m for the last three months of 2021, just narrower than the $29m loss posted for the same period last year and half of its third quarter loss of $44.6m.
The reduced losses came as the company reported average time charter equivalent rates of $10,100 per day, up from $5,800 per day sequentially.
