Its hunt has led to paintings by Greek artist Tilemachos Kyriazatis being put on show — and a sale — from this week at the Stephanie Hoppen Gallery.
The 42-year-old, who is based in Athens and loves the paintings of JM Turner, particularly his later work that has been the subject of a recent Mike Leigh film, says the sea has been a major inspiration to him.
