The expert in liability law called in to help the administrators of OW Bunker unravel how it collapsed has filed a report seeking damages from top executives in the Danish group whom it alleges were aware of trading by its Singapore subsidiary that led to its demise.

Soren Halling-Overgaard, an expert in tort at legal firm Halling-Overgaard, Solvkaer Olesen, Henriksen, is claiming damages of DKK 654m ($105m) against five group executives for that amount drawn by subsidiary Dynamic Oil Trading (DOT) from an OW Bunker account at Nordea bank.
